Our Cellar: Tradition & Modernity

Chapter I: Qualitative Grapes

The production capacity amounts to 8000 hL per year, which represents an average of one million of bottles each year. For more than 20 years, the whole production has been certified as "Bordeaux Supérieur Rouge".

We challenge ourselves everyday to increase our quality standards. That is why we are committed to certifying our company in the future in terms of environmental sustainability (SME) and food safety (HACCP).

Chapter II: Modern Equipments

  • Sorted harvest

  • Vinification method: inox tank, temperature control, centrifugation

  • Micro-oxygenation

  • Centrifuge

  • Tangential filter

  • Ageing of our wines: around hundred inox and concrete tanks
    (capacity: 30 to 300 hL)

  • Assemblage and storage: large inox tanks
    (4 x 1,500 hL and 1 x 1,900 hL)

  • Raised and bottled at the chateau by our own machine
